Is it continously monitoring my health?
Yes. It continuously monitors heart rate, blood oxygen level, body temperature, sleeping situation, steps taken, calorie consuming when doing exercise, and additional metrics.

Can i wear it during workouts?
Yes, the Vitalayze Life-Ring is made from lightweight and durable titanium, making it suitable for activities such as running, cycling, and yoga. It also has an IP68 waterproof rating, so it can withstand sweat and water exposure. However, like many other materials, it may be scratched if it comes into contact with surfaces harder than the ring.

Is capable of monitoring nap?
Whether you're settling in for the night or catching a quick nap, it keeps track of your sleep patterns, including monitoring sleep apnea. It accurately measures your time spent in REM, Light, and Deep sleep stages, and can detect interruptions in breathing indicative of sleep apnea. Additionally, RingConn Gen 2 continuously monitors your Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2), a crucial metric that many other smart wearables do not track.
