How do I choose the right size and where should I measure?
To select your size, measure the area where you plan to wear the belt most:

• For lower back support → measure around the top of your pelvis.
• For pelvic alignment → measure around the widest part of your hips.
• For abdominal/core training → measure around your waist.
• If you plan to use the belt for multiple purposes, choose your size based on the largest area you will wear it on. When in doubt, size up for comfort.
